A Shared Commitment: Erie House and Loyola Grad Students Discover Past, Explore Future

During the summer of 2002, the leaders of downtown Chicago’s Erie Neighborhood House realized that with their 135th anniversary on the horizon, they did not possess a clear understanding of their history. By combining efforts with the Graduate History programs at Loyola, they are becoming better acquainted with their past while Loyola students have gained real world experience that complement and build upon skills learned in the classroom.
