Leading a healthy lifestyle isn’t easy. But the rewards—increased energy, self-confidence, reduced risk of disease—make all the hard work worth it. Our Health and Leadership Program gives you the tools and resources to live well, plain and simple.
Activities like cooking workshops, Zumba classes, gardening and taking field trips to the local tienda will make a healthy lifestyle fun and within reach for you and your family.
Of course, wellness goes beyond just eating the right things or getting that morning workout in. We want to empower you to become a leader and discover your voice. The leadership component of our program aims to help you bring about real change in your community.
