Youth Options Unlimited

TEAM

Our TEAM (Tutoring to Educate for Aims and Motivation) program equips your middle or high school student with the tools and resources—not to mention confidence—they need to reach their potential.

TEAM participants meet once each week with a mentor from the community who will help them with:

  • setting and achieving goals
  • completing homework, studying for tests and more
  • applying for college and financial aid
  • exploring college and career possibilities

On top of all that, the TEAM program provides a safe space for your student to grow, develop leadership skills and build a foundation for success.

Become a Mentor

TEAM mentors make a significant impact on students in our program. When you sign up to volunteer, we'll connect you with a student and provide you with training and support along with a community of other mentors to help both you and your mentee succeed.

Volunteer

Mentors commit to meeting at Erie House once each week—TEAM operates on Mondays (7th–9th grade) and Wednesdays (10th–12th grade) during the school year—and provide that extra layer of support a student needs to graduate from high school and succeed in college.
