  • Senior Director of Programs & Quality Assurance

    Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a Senior Director of Programs & Quality Assurance. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Director of Programs & Quality Assurance basic function is to oversee the direction and scope of all Erie House programming. The Senior Director supervises six program directors, manages the Database Administrator and oversees quality assurance, and provides stewardship of the agency’s mission through program excellence. This position serves as a member of the Executive Team, Leadership Team, and is the primary liaison to the Board of Director’s Program Committee.

This position will work closely with the Executive Team including the Senior Director of Programs & Quality Assurance, Senior Director of Finance and the Senior Director of Development & Communications, the Board of Directors, and will report directly to the Executive Director.

  • Clinical Therapist

    Erie Neighborhood House, a community-building agency empowering Chicago’s low-income and immigrant families, and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society is seeking an experienced, bilingual professional to serve as a Clinical Therapist in Little Village. Reporting to the Proyecto Cuídate Manager, the basic functions are to coordinate program referrals, provide comprehensive assessments, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical support to program staff and interns. This position will also be responsible for program development and support of reporting. Proyecto Cuídate (PC) offers mental health, domestic violence, restorative practices, and parenting education services to reduce and prevent family violence, abuse and neglect and support family reunification.

    Erie Neighborhood House, a progressive social service agency serving the Chicago metropolitan area and dedicated to promoting a just and inclusive society, is seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist may work at one of two Erie sites: at 1701 W. Superior or at 1347 W. Erie. Reporting to the Lead Receptionist, the Receptionist’s basic function is to respond to all incoming telephone calls, greet visitors, direct participants and guests appropriately and perform some program data-entry. The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact of the organization and should be professional, sensitive and courteous in dealing with the organization’s diverse community. The Receptionist must possess a spirit of collaborative support, professionalism, and a strong initiative to work effectively with the Reception team and all other Erie departments.
